The design capitalizes on the challenges given by the context to harvest light by introducing a narrow strip of a landscape courtyard. Each space is rendered with walls on three sides and the landscape court on the fourth.
Each space is stitched between the urban court internally and by a circular window at multiple levels externally. The idea of all the spaces in the house sharing a single window creates an identity internally for each space and externally for the building itself. The spatial planning is extensively minimal by carefully sculpting every architectural conjunction to the user’s need.
